Book of Life

More frequently I have received emails, read articles and reviewed warnings of disaster looming.
Some of it is advice on what to do with wealth, some of it is for preparation, and less of it refers to very basic understanding of biblical prophesy concerning end times.

Folks are worried, concerned and perplexed.  Others that aren't sensitive enough to know that they are the former tend to be angry, lashing out as though someone or a group of someones was to blame. Trust in what was once considered unchangeable institutions has become skeptical if not jaded.  This lack of trust is unwarranted in some situations but justified by a majority as moral degradation ensues.

In all of these warnings that come to me there is an equivalent rise in questionable if not illegal scamming purported to be legitimate business.  These are observations of the way of the world.  While the world may be in its beginning stages of perceiving a vague calamity, or a real bit of trouble another part of the world has no clue that anything is wrong and it is just business as normal.

Just as man can't figure out what will happen as he is overwhelmed by a sense of doom, nor can he put a sense of timing to it, he can certainly give advice as to what preparation to take when it comes to money, food, provision, or even life saving strategies for the dangerous moment that will inevitably come.
By the world's standards these folks are considered to be very smart, and are highly respected by audiences that listen.

Proclaimed  believers in Christ and nonbelievers are in hoarding mode, fully locked and loaded, protecting precious metals converted from currency waiting for disaster by the minute.

In many of my posts I have conveyed ideas about end times.  I have urged folks that we are in the generation of the fig tree.  I have also withheld another blog post declaring we have come to the beginning of sorrows.  I can write about these topics because I have hid the word of the Lord on my heart.

In Matthew 24:6 Jesus says, And ye shall hear of wars and rumors of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet.

Matthew 24:13  But he that shall endure to the end, the same shall be saved

If Jesus is your Savior, do you not understand His words?  Jesus has told us of the time yet coming and has prioritized what should be important to us going through it.  He doesn't mention what I read in any warning of man, or any advice given to avoid or sidestep through it, or even fight it. he says endure.  This is only the time of troubles that man gets himself into!  A worse time than anything man can imagine follows.

This worse time is when Heaven gets involved!  It may very well be that in your lifetime you'll meet God's other sons (angels) which are to yet be cast upon the earth.  Do you think any amount of money, provision or self defense works against these immortals?  None of it does!

Revelation 9:4
And it was commanded them that they should not hurt the grass of the earth, neither any green thing, neither any tree, but only those men which have not the seal of God in their foreheads.

Christians of faith shouldn't worry about any trouble, man-made or heaven sanctioned that is coming.
Faithful Christians, not religious church goers will be protected and guided through the unimaginable trouble yet ahead.  The only protection for that which is to yet happen comes by being covered by the blood of Christ.

Jesus is not in this world.  He is in Heaven waiting to come for the purpose of salvation.  Salvation from sin is his highest order of business.  The Holy Spirit lurks about guiding the sheep of Christ.  Many false prophets are about teaching doctrines of men just as the Pharisees did in the days when Jesus walked the earth.  Do not be deceived.  The truth is sought by many, but found by few.  The truth of keeping Christ's Commandments is a joyful struggle because of His promise into an eternity void of evil.

You are covered if your name is in the Book of Life.
Otherwise get humble and get to know Jesus!
The opportunity is like a closing elevator door at the end of dark hallway past quitting time.

Peace and Love
